Matt is an Analyst on the Investment Team at Cloverlay. Prior to joining Cloverlay, Matt was a Public Finance Analyst at Stifel Nicolaus & Co., where he specialized in municipal structured products with a focus on Tender Option Bond (TOB) administration. While at Stifel, Matt structured TOB trusts for asset manager, mutual fund, and hedge fund clients.
